8 hours of continuous playback with the ear buds alone (ANC OFF), 6 hours of continuous playback with ANC ON. When used with the charging case, music playback is possible for up to 32 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Can't charge even in case
When using for the first time or if you haven't used the ear buds for a while, the ear buds will be in sleep mode, so remove them from the case and put them back in the case to restart them and charge them.
Can't turn off the power when placed in the charging case/can't connect when removed from the case
If the charging case battery is empty, the automatic ON-OFF function will not work, so please charge the case.
Can't control music from the ear buds
For portable players such as Walkman, some models may not be remotely controllable.
Can't pair
Delete the pairing information (name) of the device you have previously paired with and are not currently using from the Bluetooth settings (device list) of the device you want to connect to, and then try pairing again. If the device name is not displayed, turn the Bluetooth settings OFF→ON. When pairing with two or more devices, turn off the Bluetooth of the connected device before pairing with the next device.
No longer connected to playback device
Delete the device information from the playback device's Bluetooth menu and try pairing again. If the ear buds are turned on and there is no device to reconnect to, they will automatically switch to pairing mode.
The left and right ear buds cannot be connected
Put the left and right ear buds in the charging case, remove them, and turn them back on. If they still do not connect, refer to the instruction manual and perform the reset operation.
Continuous playback time may be short
Continuous playback time varies depending on the radio environment, music, and volume used. In addition, when using LDAC codec, playback time is shorter than when using other codecs.
Can I collect outside sounds?
Triple tap the touch sensor on the right earphone to enter "Ambient Sound Mode". Triple tap again to turn "Ambient Sound Mode" OFF. Once you enter "Ambient Sound Mode", ambient sound capture will be enabled until you manually turn it off even if you play music, but if you make a call while in "Ambient Sound Mode", it will automatically turn off.
Caution when ambient sound capture is enabled
When you put the ear buds into the charging case with ambient sound mode turned on, or hold the ear buds in your hand, a high-pitched howling noise may occur. This phenomenon will not occur if you turn ambient sound mode off.
Can ANC and ambient sound mode be used simultaneously?
ANC and ambient sound capture cannot be used simultaneously.
Can ANC or ambient sound capture be used during a call?
No.
Noise canceling effect is low
The N6 Lite is equipped with forward-type noise canceling (a function that silences sounds outside the ear buds). Therefore, it is not effective in silencing noise that enters through the gap between the earpiece and the ear canal. You can increase the sound-canceling effect by increasing the size of the earpiece or using a foam-type earpiece like the MagicEar+7 to improve the seal of the ear canal.
Ear buds are difficult to remove from the case
You can easily remove the ear buds by pushing the tip of the earphone up from the bottom.
How to use the smartphone's voice assistant
When music is stopped, press and hold the touch sensor on the left earphone for 1 second to activate the smartphone's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.). If you activate the voice assistant while in ambient sound mode, the ambient sound mode will be turned off until the voice assistant is finished.
The ear buds suddenly turn off
Try charging the ear buds in the charging case, then try again.
The sound is strange when connected to a computer
The Bluetooth implemented in a computer (OS) is basically not optimized for music playback, so the sound may be disrupted or distorted. In addition, if other Bluetooth devices (e.g. mouse, keyboard, etc.) are used at the same time, there is a possibility of interference between the devices. In the case of the MacBook series, resetting the NVRAM (PRAM) or using AAC as the music transmission codec using Bluetooth may improve such problems, but this is not guaranteed. (Please note that we do not support computer settings.)
Can I use commercially available earpieces?
NUARL's BlockEar+6 series and MagicEar+7 are compatible with these ear, and when stored in a case/charged while attached. We do not guarantee the compatibility of other third-party earpieces.
