Clear and high quality sound
Using the know-how cultivated in the development of pure audio earbuds, the driver had been stored in a metal case and modularized which enable analog toning as wired earbud. Furthermore, by combining this module with digital toning, we make full use of the SoC's built-in DSP to achieve an unprecedented delicate sound quality tuning.By adopting the patented technology "HDSS" that reproduces clear sound quality and wide sound field. This prevents in-of-head sound localization caused by canalled type earphones, recreating natural sounds with thickness and spatial position.
SpinFit CP360 eartips included（N6 Pro only）
N6Pro comes with 3 sizes (S/M/L) of SpinFit's “CP360” eartips. CP360 eartips made with high safety silicon material conforming to medical safety standard ISO10993. You could choose according to your preference for sound and feeling of wearing.

Difference of N6 Pro and N6
N6Pro and N6 use different driver, the sound character is different. N6 Pro uses "NUARL DRIVER [N6] v5" using single Walled Carbon Nanotube for the diaphragm. N6 use "NUARL DRIVER [N6] v3" which combines PEEK + TPE +TITAN to form the diaphragm.Due to the different features of the driver, the sound turning of N6 Pro is more flat and calm, N6 is more powerful and heavy bass. The color of them is different, and N6 Pro do go with SpinFit CP360.
Using True Wireless Stereo Plus
When using True Wireless Stereo Plus connecting the earbud with your smart phone left and right independently, make sure that both left and right side earbuds are connected to the phone. True Wireless Stereo Plus will not function properly when only one-sided earbud is connected.
The earbuds do not automatically turn on/off when it is take out / placed in the charging case.
When the power of the charging case is insufficient, the automatic ON/OFF function will not work properly. Please turn on/off the earphone manually.
Cannot pair/connect to my device
Please delete the pairing history (NUARL N6 / NUARL N6PRO / HEADSET) on the Bluetooth menu of your device. Double click the main button and pair to your device again. If the the earbuds (NUARL N6 / NUARL N6PRO) do not appear on the Bluetooth menu of your device, please turn the Bluetooth OFF and ON.
The connection of Left and Right earbud is drop
Please turn of both earbuds and turn on them again. If the connection is still failure, please refer to the User guide P.16 to reset your earbuds.
Continuous playback time is shorter than the one written on the manual
The continuous playback time varies depending on the environment, music, and volume of the earphone. Using aptX decoding will consume more power than using other decoding.
The function of the master and slave of the earphone has been changed every time when the earphone is turn on.
The master function of the earphone will automatically switch when it is taken out from the charging case. The side which battery level is higher will be the master and the side lower will be slave. The master side earphone will be displayed as "Connected successfully" on the Bluetooth menu of your smartphone. The automatic role switching only switch the master/slave function, the button operations of the left and right headphones will not be switched.
Can I use other ear tips?
The ear tips of SpinFit CP360/ CP100Z/CP350 have been confirmed can be use normally. Other ear tips are not guaranteed to work properly. (The earbud’s nozzle diameter is 6.1mm)
Is the CP360 come with N6Pro same as the product in the market?
The CP360 go with N6Pro is customized, the material and quality are same but coloring is different.
Cannot pair with iOS13 device or no sound when pairing to iOS13 device
Bluetooth failure happens a lot on iOS13 device, it is because of the iOS system bug. Please restart your iOS device or turn ON-OFF the Bluetooth.
When pairing with computer the sound is strange.
The Bluetooth connection equipped in computer is not optimized for playing music, which will cause problems such as intermittent sound and distortion of sound easily. Moreover, the use of other Bluetooth devices such as mouse, keyboard, etc., may also cause interfere with each other. If you are using MacBook series, you can improve the connection by resetting the NVRAM (PRAM) and use AAC to connect with the earbuds.
