Long playback
Fully charged earphone got 4 hours continues playback. You can get an additional 6 recharges from the charging case. Always keep your earphones charged and ready for music for about 28 hours. During playback the indicator LED turns off to save power. While the music is stopped or in standby state the LED flash to remind you to switch it off.
Portable charging case
Portable charging case is made from stylish leather which will not easy get scratches, also equipped with a lock mechanism to prevent an accidently open of the case. Magnetic attraction is applied to prevent the drop out of the earphones.
Controlling Smart Phone
The buttons on the left side of the earphone are capable for controlling the playlist of your smart phone/receiving calls/refusing/ending, and starting up voice commands. Buttons on the right side allows you to adjust the volume. The master earphone is equipped with high sensitive microphone for speaking and inputting voice commands.

Is the charging case waterproof?
The charging case is not waterproof. After cleaning or washing the earphones, the earphones must be dry up before placing back in the charging case.
Can I use NT100 earphone in the pool or in the shower?
Please do not use the earphones in an environment where water is often used.
Right earphone no sound.
Make sure you have the earphone turned on and have enough power.
The beginning of the song cannot be heard.
Progressive playback was used when the earphone was just turned on.
The earphone do not automatically turn on/off when it is take out / placed in the charging case.
When the power of the charging case is insufficient, the automatic ON/OFF function will not work properly. Please turn on/off the earphone manually.
Cannot pair with smartphone
Remove the unused Bluetooth device from the Bluetooth settings page in the mobile device before pairing. If the earphone’s name is not displayed in the Bluetooth settings page, please turn the Bluetooth setting ON/OFF see if it appears.
Cannot pair with the second mobile device
Please turn off the device that was originally connected before pairing to the second mobile device.
The connection between left and right earphones is drop
Please turn off the left and right headphones first and restart the earphones. If it is still do not reconnect, please refer to the manual to reset the earphones.
Continuous playback time is shorter than written on the manual
The continuous playback time varies depending on the environment, music, and volume of the headphones.
Only can hear from one side when talking
You can only hear from left side when using the earphones for talking.
When pairing with computer the sound is strange.
The Bluetooth connection equipped in computer is not optimized for playing music, which will cause problems such as intermittent sound and distortion of sound easily. Moreover, the use of other Bluetooth devices such as mouse, keyboard, etc., may also cause interfere with each other. If you are using MacBook series, you can improve the connection by resetting the NVRAM (PRAM) and use AAC to connect with the earphones.
